Orders ship from Tupelo, Mississippi through USPS unless noted otherwise. This storefront is for US addresses and territories only. PayPal shows shipping at checkout. That is what you pay for US delivery.

• Most media mail and ground packages go out within a few days of payment. Lathes and special runs may wait until a batch is ready.
• Tracking is not sent automatically. Email or Instagram us after you order if you want a tracking number.
• PO boxes work for most tapes, CD-Rs, and print. Bigger or fragile packages may need a street address.

International

Online checkout is off for international buyers. PayPal shipping on this site is wrong for overseas. Write first so we can quote postage and take payment.

• Customs, duties, and VAT are on the buyer. We mark packages as merchandise / recorded media.
• Delivery times depend on the country and carrier. Once it leaves the US, customs holds and local delays are outside what we can control.

Packing

Tapes and CD-Rs go in padded mailers or small boxes. Lathe vinyl ships flat and reinforced. Zines and print go in rigid or padded mailers.

Damage in Transit

If a package shows up crushed, wet, or wrecked, contact us within seven days of delivery with photos of the outer packaging and the item. We will replace or refund verified shipping damage. Small scuffs on DIY shells, hand-cut lathes, and thrift blanks are normal. See Formats.

Returns & Sold Out Stock

Limited editions are final sale unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived defective. No returns for opened or played copies, or change of mind. Sold out and archived titles are not restocked in the store. See Releases.
